For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an active account on the PKN999 platform, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:
Age Verification: PKN999 employs mandatory age verification checks as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the applicable minimum age will be closed immediately and all funds, including any winnings, will be voided and returned to the payment source where technically and legally permissible.

PKN999 strongly recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify PKN999 support immediately.
Your access to and use of the PKN999 Platform is subject to the following conditions of use, which apply at all times during your interaction with any part of the Platform:
The following rules govern the placement, acceptance, and settlement of all sports bets and casino wagers placed on the PKN999 Platform:
A bet is not confirmed until you have received an explicit on-screen confirmation displaying a unique bet reference number. PKN999 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error or at manifestly incorrect odds.
All odds are displayed in decimal format by default. PKN999 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors at any time before or after bet settlement. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds — including those arising from technical or human error — may be voided without prior notice.
All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the official governing body. For Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, and other events popular among Pakistani users, PKN999 will use the results published by the relevant cricket board or governing federation as the definitive settlement source.
In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. During live betting, odds fluctuate in real time and bet acceptance may be subject to short processing delays. PKN999 accepts no liability for connectivity issues, platform latency, or other technical factors that may affect in-play bet placement or acceptance during live events.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without being rescheduled within 72 hours of the original start time, all outstanding bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account Balance, unless specific market rules published on the Platform state otherwise.

An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. PKN999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Account balances as specified in the Platform's fee schedule, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from PKN999 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKN999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, PKN999's total liability to the User shall be limited to the amount deposited by the User during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting PKN999 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable wagering conditions on bonus funds.
PKN999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or where continued operation of the Account would expose PKN999 to legal or regulatory risk.
In cases of termination for breach, PKN999 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, the matter will be referred to the relevant authorities and all funds may be frozen.
PKN999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, PKN999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users by email or prominent on-Platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect. However, it is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction, as specified in the Platform's licensing information.
In the event of any dispute between you and PKN999, you agree to first contact PKN999 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution authority in the operator's licence jurisdiction.
